    Yo soy principiante de yoga y me estan yendo muy bien estos videos cortos para tomar conciencia de que no es importante llegar al final de la postura (asana) si no, practicarla sin forzar el cuerpo y flexibilizarlo.
    Yo paso 9 horas diarias sentada y sufro de dolor de espalda y en especial de lumbares y cervicales.

    Muchas gracias por tus comentarios y me alegra mucho que te esten ayudando los vidoes. Y como dices, es muy importante hacer simplemente lo que es posible y a tu propio ritmo. Considera, si es posible, hacer una breve pausa cada hora para levantarte y estirarte un poco.
